Fajita Seasoning Mix
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 2.5 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1.5 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Container to hold the spice mix
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients and store in a cool dry place or in the freezer.
Cooking Instructions
- Use 3 Tbsp. of mix per 1 lb. of meat strips, ground meat or mushrooms.
